a)Participation in the Affiliate Program: As a Trader, you can participate in our Affiliate Partnership (AP) program, designed to foster mutual growth and success. As an esteemed affiliate, you are entitled to a commission of up to Twelve Percent (12%) derived from the registration fees of traders you refer to BitFUNDED Platform. 

b)Eligibility and Enrollment: To become an affiliate, you must meet BitFUNDED’s eligibility criteria and complete the enrollment process, which includes acceptance of the terms and conditions specific to the Affiliate Partnership program. Affiliates will earn a commission rate of up to 12% on the registration fees paid by traders who join BitFUNDED through their referral. BitFUNDED employs a swift and reliable payout mechanism to ensure that affiliates receive their due compensation promptly. 

c)Affiliate Obligations: As a BitFUNDED affiliate, you are expected to adhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. This includes responsible promotion of BitFUNDED’s services, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and upholding the values of transparency and fairness.

d)Prohibited Practices: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in deceptive practices, spamming, or any form of unethical promotion. BitFUNDED reserves the right to terminate the affiliate partnership in the event of any breach of these prohibitions.

e)Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use BitFUNDED’s branding and promotional materials for the purpose of promoting the services in accordance with the guidelines provided in this TOU.
