The following Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) serves as a binding agreement between BitFUNDED and you, the user. This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and conditions under which any refund may or may not be processed. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy. We encourage you to take your time and review this Refund Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed about your rights and obligations with respect to using the Services.

a)Fees paid for accessing the Trading Challenge or related Services are non-refundable in certain instances. This includes scenarios where the user cancels and/or deletes their Trader Portal, requests cancellation via email, terminates the use of Services prematurely, fails to complete the Trading Challenge evaluation and/or Verification, or violates this Agreement (TOU).

b)All sales of services made through BitFUNDED are final and non-refundable in case of failure to complete both evaluation steps. In cases where a user is identified as “high risk” by our payment processors, additional documentation or information may be requested. Failure to provide the necessary documentation or information within twenty-four (24) hours of the request may lead to the revocation of access to BitFUNDED’s Services. Submission of the requested documentation or information does not automatically reverse the “high risk” status and may still result in ineligibility for the Services.

c)Conditions for Refund of Challenge Fees:  Users who satisfactorily complete both evaluation phases of a CPTC challenge level are eligible to receive a full refund of the challenge fee that was originally paid for that level. As an illustration, a user who completes both mandatory evaluation stages after enrolling in the Starter Level for an initial payment of $99 will be eligible to receive a full refund of the $99 challenge fees. Subsequently, the refunded sum can be applied towards participation in new challenge levels.  Refunds of challenge fees are only possible if the user achieves all specified objectives during both evaluation phases of the selected challenge level. To be eligible for the refund, users must diligently finish these phases in adherence to the predetermined criteria and within the designated trading parameters. Users have the option to utilise their refunded funds to progress to more difficult challenge levels, thus maintaining their growth within the BitFunded trading ecosystem.
